To maximise breathing-in through your POWERbreathe IMT device, some people find it helps to completely block their nostrils with this nose clip, closing off any nasal breathing. It is a personal preference as IMT can be performed with, or without the nose clip. All POWERbreathe models are supplied with a nose clip, but they are available separately here in case of loss or damage.
